We are obsessed with our buildings, which is why we operate every single inch of them. The truth is, we just don't think anyone can run buildings the way we can, so we take on the full responsibility. From the reception desk to the risers, we know our buildings inside and out.
If you’ve bought a property in one of our buildings as an investment, then we are here to take the hassle away that can come with being a landlord. Our lettings service is a cut above the rest and so much more than just a Rightmove ad. We do all the sourcing, all the vetting and all the hard work for you.
As well as making sure every inch of our buildings are maintained to the highest standards, we also take this to the streets. Literally. Our in-house Estate management team are responsible for the upkeep of the roads, pavements, building exteriors ... and everything the light touches to be honest, enhancing the experience of everyone living, visiting, and just passing through.
As our neighbourhoods evolve, develop and grow over time, we will have a range of parks, woodland and public open spaces for our residents and visitors to enjoy, and we want these to be at the heart of it all, this is about so much more than buildings – so guess what, yep, we look after these spaces too.
