The Company:
Found is the exclusive in-house operator of market leading UK developer FEC.
And we are on a mission… to be the no.1, experience led, brand-centric 360 lifestyle operator in the UK. Not just for a ‘time in life’, but for a lifetime.
Still with us? Great. Let’s get into it.
We’re actually pretty special… totally unique to the market, we are the only operator across residential and commercial markets, encompassing block, property, asset, lettings, green space and estates management. We are into every inch of it.
We are obsessed with experience led living, and we view every touch point with our customers as an experience to maximise and as an opportunity to add value. From greeting our residential customers at the door at the end of every day, to supporting our commercial customers in their own growth, to onboarding and viewing - we sweat the small stuff, ensuring our buildings, homes, neighbourhoods and green spaces come to life.
Why? Above all else, for experience.

Shaping and driving a bold commercial strategy that focuses on retail and meanwhile uses, boosting profitability while making sure our brand and development projects stand out from the crowd.
This role is a game-changer for Found. Through smart curation of ground-floor spaces and forging partnerships that bring cutting-edge meanwhile uses to life, you’ll be a driving force in elevating our brand and making waves across the UK. Ready to make an impact? Let’s talk.
Excited? You should be.
