Join BlackOwned Studios for an afternoon of rest, reset and connection.
It starts with a 90-minute private sauna and cold plunge at Kontrast Sauna & Ice Bath Café, then heads back to Black Owned Studios + Marketplace for a step-by-step guided facial with Dr Dami of The Arewa Clinic - a specialist in skincare for melanated skin.
There’ll be time to connect, meet new people and properly take the day off, with snacks and nibbles provided.

Bring a swimsuit, sliders, two towels, and a water bottle. Rentals available at Kontrast if needed.
This one’s by and for Black women; a space to rest, reset and connect. Numbers are limited to keep it intimate, and there’s an opt-in “friendship matching” option if you’re coming solo.
